      The chefs have added three great new dishes to the ever-changing selection of prepared foods in the Food Court and the Entrees & More display cases.
      Pictured below is Shireen Palow (Afghan Orange Rice with Chicken). This savory blend of sweet citrus and nutty Basmati rice complements the tender chicken and crunchy pistachios. This is a dish with exotic roots that the whole family will love.
      Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese may be the ultimate comfort food. Picture delicious homemade macaroni & cheese mixed with our smokey, fragrant and spicy pulled pork with caramelized onions, smoked mozzarella, creamy fontina and mild cheddar all baked with a browned crumb topping and ready to go at a moments notice.
      We didn't forget the vegetarians... But this will appeal to anyone. Our Vegetarian Burrito is an awsome combination of garlic roasted vegetables, three different cheeses and brown rice wrapped in a wheat tortilla. Look for all three of these new items and jazz up dinner with a little excitement.
      As part of our expanding gourmet sandwich offerings, the Food Court will now offer grilled focaccia sandwiches (pictured below) on rosemary focaccia bread Tuesdays between 12 noon and 2 pm. One: Tomato & fresh mozzarella with pesto, green leaf lettuce and balsamic vinagrette.
Two: Prociutto, asparagus, oven roasted tomatoes, peppers, smoked mozzarella & pesto.

      Choose from 2 different sauces; Pomadoro or Bolgnese, 2 different pastas and a great assortment of additional ingredients to design your own perfect pasta dinner to go. The price ranges from $4.99 to $6.99. Your pasta is made fresh to order in our food court by one of our chefs... while you watch. Take it home or eat in the cafe. The choices are all yours. Don't forget to ask about the Chef's special of the night... He can't resist adding a surprise to the menu at the last minute.
      Chef Bill Andrews, former owner of Leon's on the West Side, and Chef Andy Juarez, former executive chef from Pinelli's North End Café of the Pinelli/Marra Restaurant Group, will make sure your Pasta Night experience exceeds your expectations in every way.
