Robert Rothschild’s
Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip
- 3/4 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 10-12 strips Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- Tomatoes, diced
- Lettuce, shredded
Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, toasted garlic horseradish dip, and salt and pepper. Spread dip in a ¼ inch layer on the bottom of a serving dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of the dip. Spread diced tomatoes over the crumbled bacon. Finally, spread the shredded lettuce over the diced tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
The Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip is terrific as a condiment on everything from a roast beef sandwich to hamburgers to salmon patties. Also tasty served with tortilla chips or as a vegetable dip.
